Fabric Content: 50% Hemp/ 30% Organic Cotton/ 20% Rayon from Bamboo. This fabric is not terribly stretchy if you are concerned about size, we suggest you size up.

Care Instuctions: Wash on cold, hang to dry or dry on low.  Do not bleach, do not dry clean
